The payment is processed by Stripe and the purchase is sold through Link as merchant of record. The digital product is supplied by Lupa Clips.

2. What you buy

A downloadable digital product: a folder with instructions, a video engine, guides, reference material and sound effects that you open with your own AI assistant (Claude or ChatGPT desktop app) on your own computer to create vertical videos. It is not a service: we don't make videos for you.

3. What you need

A Windows 10/11 or macOS computer with about 5 GB free; the Claude desktop app with a paid plan (Pro or higher) or the ChatGPT desktop app with a paid plan (Plus or higher); and an ElevenLabs account for the voice. These services are provided and billed by third parties and are not included in the price. Their plans, prices and availability may change.

4. Price and payment

The price is shown on the website and at checkout, with applicable taxes included. It is a one-time payment: there is no subscription.

5. Delivery

Right after payment we send a download link to the email address you entered at checkout. The link is personal and expires after 7 days; if it expires, write to us and we'll send a new one.

6. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the product for yourself or for the business you bought it for. The videos you create are yours: you can publish them, sell them and use them for client work. You may not share, resell, give away or redistribute the product files, modified or not, or include them in another product or course.

7. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital content supplied immediately, that right ends once the download starts, provided you gave your express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal at checkout (Article 103(m) of the Spanish consumer law, Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). This does not affect our voluntary guarantee below.

8. 14-day guarantee

If you follow the setup guide and can't get your first video within 14 days of your purchase, email us. We'll help you until it works. If it still doesn't work, we refund you in full. See Refunds.

9. Liability

We don't guarantee views, followers or income. We are not responsible for third-party services (Claude, ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, Instagram) or for the content you create with the product. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law.

10. Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and can go to the courts of your domicile. The EU online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
